Development/Fundraising Assistant at the Arab American Association of New York

Time commitment- flexible (Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00), but reliable. This is a wonderful opportunity for teens and adults with great organizational skills, good inter-personal skills and a desire to learn more about fundraising. Development/ Fundraising volunteers will work with the Development Associate on fundraising efforts. Some of the tasks may include: updating databases, contacting foundations and/or donors, assisting with the monthly newsletter, mailings, researching foundations, and other assignments. The busiest times fall around our annual fundraising gala in November.
