FDNY Fire Zone

Volunteer Needs: Friendly, energetic customer-oriented volunteers who will aggressively and professionally approach customers with fire safety materials when visiting the FDNY shop. Volunteers will be trained on all fire safety hand outs and information. They will hand out fire safety information and be a resource on where to send customers for any fire safety questions/concerns. Volunteers will not be handling cash or ringing at the register. They will strictly be there to maintain the shop and distribute fire safety information. Volunteers will have a uniform to easily be identified in the FDNY Shop. (FDNY Polo and Khaki Pants) Volunteer Goal: Distribute FDNY fire safety information to Bloomingdale's customers who visit the FDNY shop. Volunteers will also maintain the FDNY shop.

Volunteers will be trained in Fire safety information, customer service, and other procedures.
