Advise our High School Leadership Council!

Position Description: HEAF is currently recruiting an Advisor to work with the Youth Leadership Council (YLC) at HEAF. Volunteer Responsibilities: • Attending Youth Leadership Council meetings • Assisting Program Coordinator with Youth Leadership Council meetings, events and activities • Attending occasional Youth Leadership Council outings Time Commitment: Volunteers are needed every Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm with the exception of agency holidays. On event days or outings hours may be slightly longer.

Volunteer Requirements: ? College or Graduate student ? Interest in working with High School students aged 14 ? 17 ? Community service and/or youth leadership background a plus Training: All volunteers will be required to attend an orientation session. The orientation will address HEAF?s policies, and procedures, adolescent development and working with youth.
