Volunteers are the lifeblood of Special Olympics New York. We thank you for your interest. The New York City Regional Basketball and Aquatics Tournament features athletes from the five boroughs - roughly 400 - competing for gold, silver and bronze medals in two Special Olympics sports: aquatics and basketball (team and individual skills competitions). Orientation will be provided for volunteers. There are no physical requirements. Volunteers must be flexible.
