We are seeking volunteers interested in helping us to expand Idealist?s network of nonprofit organizations in the United States. Volunteer responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Research of a specific state, city, or region in the United States and its nonprofit sector * Data collection and entry * Designing an outreach strategy in line with volunteer's knowledge, experience and intere

* Experience working, interning, or volunteering in the nonprofit sector or a strong interest in nonprofits * Knowledge of nonprofit networks in a particular city or state, or in a particular issue area (health, education, arts, etc.) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Creativity, friendliness, and a sense of humor Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of 2 months, for 2-4 hours per week.
