Volunteer Assistant/Volunteer Buddy

The volunteer assistant/buddy would assistant new volunteers by making sure they have an understanding of the volunteer process. Also the assistant/buddy would visit the volunteer and the volunteers' supervisor weekly for a period of one month. The assistant/buddy would receive training regarding Bellevue Hospital Center's volunteer programs. Additionally, the individual would receive an orientation to Bellevue Hospital and the various departments within the hospital. The individual should have interviewing and customer services skills.
