Become a Brooklyn Museum Greeter

The museum greeter will provide excellent customer service to visitors and encourage membership registration.

The Brooklyn Museum Greeter will welcome all visitors and assist in making their stay, an enjoyable experience by directing them to appropriate areas, providing helpful hints and sharing general museum policy information.

Ability to deal pleasantly, courteously and effectively with the general public. Must have a friendly, polite, customer service oriented personality.

Be able to articulate information regarding Museum exhibitions,programs and policy to an ethnically and culturally diverse community of visitors from around the world.

Have flexible weekend schedule availability, occasional weeknight  evening duties possible.
