Volunteer opportunity description
We provide books and periodicals on audio CD’s for those who cannot read Braille or who prefer to listen to materials. All our readers are volunteers, and we have studios at our offices on 23rd Street. Professional sound technicians work with you to make sure your recording meets our high standards. Recording schedules can be flexible, and it is a tremendous way to provide a needed service
Requirements
Strong command of the English language. Enthusiastic, personable volunteer who can tell a “story” through words.
