Volunteer opportunity description

JASA seeks a volunteer to assist with data entry tasks at a Brooklyn senior center. If you are comfortable with computers and enthusiastic about assisting the elderly, this is the volunteer opportunity for you. Office and computer experience is helpful, but not required.

The Jewish Association Serving the Aging (JASA), founded in 1968 by the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies, provides a full range of services for the elderly and their families -- from the most able and independent to the most frail and vulnerable, to enable the elderly to live independent lives in their own homes and communities. Services are provided throughout NYC and in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Requirements

Some comfort with computers is required.
