Volunteer opportunity description
New York Foundation for Seniors is looking for a volunteer to help them assess their existing training and revise as needed. The Training Development Associate will explore and develop new methods by which certification training for Ombudsmen may be made available through technology such as webinars, video recording and teleconferencing.
Explore available existing resources for training as well as develop new methods that meet the requirements of the program.

Requirements
You Must be 55 Years or Older to Volunteer with the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program.
Volunteer must have experience in training development.
