The American Latin Association of New York, which operates the Bronx One on One Mentoring Program (BOOM), is a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt, non-profit, community based organization established to address the needs of Latin youth as well as other ethnicities of youth within the Bronx who face severe disadvantages.
