Volunteer opportunity description
Momentum needs volunteers to help with our very busy and well attended lunch program open to all in the community, located on East 165th Street near the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. This program offers a complete nutritious hot meal to all who attend.
Our lunch site is open on Wednesdays only, 11am to 1pm. We need volunteers anytime after 9:30am. Volunteers would help with on site operations (we are located in a church) that may include table settings, pantry assembly, serving of soup or food, and/or clean up.
Volunteer groups are also welcome!
Requirements
Volunteers should be 18 years old or over and wear comfortable
