- Gather and tracks ISCO website updates
- Gather and tracks all participants information, logos, patches, etc.
- Assists in drafting press releases
- Assembles press kits
- Work with Graphic Designer to ensure all information and logos are correct in event brochure, banners, posters, table signage
- Draft description for donated live auction items
- Assist in outreach to event volunteers
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- self-stater
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Very comfortable + experience in cold calling
- Proven history of dealing with corporate contacts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM-tool preferred
