YouthBuild East Harlem are seeking individuals interested in working with a young person 18-24 years olds. Through interactive group projects, activities and events guide them the benefits volunteering, learning about diversity and exploring the options and opportunities avialable to those who are under-served.

Requirements
Must be over 21 years old, flexible, patient, mature, creative, aware of the challenges facing this population and most important level headed.
