Data Entry Volunteer (Raiser's Edge)

The Rubin Museum is seeking a detail minded data entry volunteer to help enter visitor information into Raiser’s Edge under the supervision of the Membership Department.

The schedule is flexible within the hours of 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with a minimum of four hours a week.

The volunteer will be responsible for adding and updating all incoming visitor information which help with museum mailings and data base management. Experience with Raiser's Edge highly desirable but there will be training involved.

Desired Qualifications:

•    Excellent typing and computer skills
•    Ability to work independently as well as the ability to ask for help when needed
•    Reliable and consistent
•    Must maintain absolute confidentiality

Candidates should have experience with Raiser's Edge and be able to type accurately and quickly.
