Nationally, Jumpstart engaged over 3,000 adults and served over 9,000 children within the last year!
In New York, this year Jumpstart is partnering with 10 higher education institutions to recruit and train over 460 college Corps members! These Corps members will serve over 1,200 young children in 30 early learning centers in New York. The NY Readers Program engages adult volunteers in serving over 300 children in the Bronx, Harlem and the Lower Eastside of Manhattan.
