Heights and Hills

Since 1971, Heights and Hills is one of the largest providers of case management services for older adults in downtown Brooklyn and services 18 Brooklyn neighborhoods. Heights and Hills promotes successful aging in place. We have excellent volunteer opportunities for those who want a one time volunteer task to see if you enjoy volunteering. Our longer term activities include Friendly Visiting,being a companion to an older adult for one hour a week, A Medical Escort to a senior to a doctor's appointment and back home, or a  Telephone Reassurance volunteer where you call a client once or twice a week for ten to fifteen minutes to find out how they are doing and feeling.  Our agency is a case-management, social service agency that provides many services to a senior.
