Description & History
The Liberty Partnerships Program conducts afterschool programs in one middle and one high school in Queens and a Summer and Saturday program that is held on the campus of Queensborough.
Services provided include academic support, mentoring, cultural and recreational enrichment, counseling, SAT and regents preparation, parent engagement, college and workforce preparation, and community engagement.
At Queensborough our program name is Project PRIZE, which was taken from the civil rights film "Eyes on the PRIZE" We encourage our students to always keep their eyes on their prize.
