Organization Details

Shine Global is a 501(c)(3)film production company.

All contributions to Shine enable us to produce our films, while any profits are returned to the children documented through local non-governmental organizations.

The children we film may come from any part of the world, including New York City.

Our first film, WAR DANCE, was completed in 2006, won 20 awards and was nominated for an Academy Award in 2008.

Our second project, HARVEST, is about the estimated 500,000 American child farm workers.

It is our intent to give voice to children in need whose stories might otherwise go unreported.
