READ is seeking teenagers interested in helping kindergarten and first grade students develop their reading skills.

READ?s School Year Reading Program takes place in elementary schools in all five boroughs of New York City.

Tutors must commit to tutoring two days a week after school, and must attend one mandatory training session at READ?s main office.
