Clothed With Love, Inc.

Our mission is to provide assistance to men, women and children in crisis and help to promote self sufficiency. We developed a unique understanding of the issues that residents faced and began developing strategies that improve their experience in their community. We conduct free workshops geared towards financial literacy, creative business planning and empowerment sessions for men and women. With a passion for children & education, our mission is to make sure that every child in the district is equipped with the necessary school supplies as they return to school after the summer. In 2001, we put together a backpack distribution event and distributed 35 brand new backpacks loaded with school supplies at no cost to the recipients. This year we plan to distribute 2,000 backpacks which has now become our signature event. Last year, our event caught the eyes of Nickelodeon, who filmed our backpack event, which was a huge success. This year we plan to do even more during our Back to School Summer Bash were we plan to provide each school age child within the community with a brand new book bag and necessary school supplies.
