To empower women, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or social status, to develop their gifts, talents and leadership abilities living up to their highest potential becoming more influential voices in the global world. Our vision is to build a diverse network of women through forums, projects, programs, workshops, and partnership initiatives. By way of these new relationships, young women will motivate each other to become stronger and more influential voices in their community, and ultimately the world.
