CoolRoofs Season Kicks Off in Harlem

The city has launched the second season of NYC CoolRoofs, a program is designed to get property owners to reduce energy by applying white reflective coating on building rooftops. It is part of the plan to reduce the city’s carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030.
