9/11 on Monday 9/12 Day of Service

 

Turn a day of tragedy into a day of unity and doing good. In cities across the nation volunteers will gather for COVID-19 safe projects to fight hunger. Dry non-perishable meals will be donated to local Feeding America-affiliated food banks.  

 

Join us for our annual 9/11 Day of Service as a Logistics Support volunteer and play a critical role in keeping the day organized and running smoothly. You will be on the meal packing floor restocking stations, redistributing supplies, and ensuring the meal pack area is free from debris. This role involves walking or standing for the majority of the shift. You will be lifting items 25 lbs. or more in this role.  

 

This is a “Support Staff” role. You will not be packing meals. 

Heaving lifting items 25lbs. 

Standing/Walking the majority of the shifts.
