Hope City Empowerment Center’s (HCEC) principal mission is to, compassionately love, serve and empower people to self-sufficiency. HCEC accomplishes its mission for individuals and families within its service communities by providing;
• Necessary skill sets for self-sufficiency
• Wellness and empowerment services
• Love and service to those less fortunate by empowering them with the tools needed to go forward and upward in life
• Food Security to individuals and families through empowerment, education, advocacy and resource identification in order to eliminate hunger
