Business Service Recognition Certificates
NYC Service is now accepting requests for business service recognition certificates. Businesses must show significant impact on the NYC community and meet a minimum percentage of employees engaged in volunteerism in the five boroughs during calendar year 2025.
- If your business has less than 100 NYC-based employees, you must have engaged 20% or more in volunteerism in NYC in 2025.
- If your business has 100 or more NYC-based employees, you must have engaged 30% or more in volunteerism in NYC in 2025.
Requests for certificates are open and will close on February 20, 2026 at 5pm.
