Participating in a mentoring program is a powerful tool to serve your community and make a positive impact on New York City's young people. By sharing your professional expertise with a student, you will help bridge the opportunity gap that exists across our city and provide direct support to those who need it most. As a mentor, your guidance improves educational outcomes, career readiness, and long-term economic mobility for young New Yorkers.
Ready to make a difference in the life of a student? NYC Service offers two mentoring opportunities for employees:
Speed Mentoring, a one-time workshop hosted at your company and facilitated by us.
Annual Mentorship Summits, bringing together young people and volunteers for a day of interactive workshops and mentoring.
