VR Alliance Architect

At Operation: ADULTing, our covert operations extend across various terrains-from the digital landscapes of VR & social media battlegrounds (think Reddit, IG, TikTok, Twitter) to the grassroots fields of community engagement through newsletters and direct outreach. Whether it's spreading the word through community, university, or college prep newsletters, or engaging in field outreach and door-to-door missions, we need recruits who are ready to dive into action!

Essential Qualities for Our Recruits:

  • Precision & Order: You must be highly organised with an eagle eye for detail;
  • Diplomatic Skills: Comfortable initiating contact & engaging with a diverse range of individuals;
  • Conference Readiness: Prepared to partake confidently in debriefings & strategy meetings;
  • Technological Fluency: a solid grasp of VR technologies & tools;

  • VR Development Expertise: Please detail your experience with VR web development or VR application development, as this will be useful in creating & managing immersive & interactive VR experiences.

  • Dynamic Drive: Possess a go-getter spirit, ready to tackle missions head-on.
  • Tech Savvy: Agile across all tech platforms including Apple, Android, and Windows-essential for dialling into our strategic command meetings.


Mission Objectives: Our mission within the VR domain focuses on:

  • Cultivating Communities: either in VR or IRL, building & maintaining supportive spaces that allow historically underrepresented & marginalised ethnic minority & LGBTQ+ communities to thrive is what we're about;
    • think of it as taking time to explore areas or the metaverse or WebXR
  • Enhancing User Experience: assist with utilising VR to deliver engaging experiences that promote mental well-being & foster social connections.
    • Think contacting VR/MR companies & organisations like LiminalVR or Tripp & coming up with monthly themes for our networking events
  • VR Skill Development: Educating users on VR capabilities, including digital safety, identity management & effective virtual interaction.
    • or simply connecting with people with professional experience with such
  • Instilling Essential Field Skills: Teaching goal setting, financial literacy and the crucial art of digital safety & identity protection.
  • Community Building: Fortifying our ranks by creating a network of empowered agents ready to handle the important things life will throw at them;
