Harmonia Shelter is a transitional living community designed for adult families currently experiencing homelessness. Harmonia opened in 2018 and currently serves 300+ residents. Harmonia is interested in starting a yoga class which will help residents relax and feel more in tune with themselves. Volunteer would guide 8-12 participants in a weekly 45-minute chair yoga practice.
