The desired objective mission of the South Beach Civic Association shall be to educate and inform the community of the morals and quality life issues for the betterment we can all prosper from and to enrich the community as well as all of Staten Island and other boroughs. The South Beach Civic Association shall work with all non-for-profit organizations, charities and to assist those in the need of emergency when a tragedy might strike. The South Beach Civic Association shall have no prejudice towards any race, color, origin or handicap. The South Beach Civic Association shall design and impose educational programs to better educate the people for superior quality jobs and living provisions. It shall be mandated that all those who wish to succeed with the prosperity of the South Beach Civic Association must comply with the By-Laws of this Incorporation. It shall be known that any one person who can not comply with the above statements and can not comply with Commitment, Dedication, Trust and Respect (CDTR) shall not be capable of receiving any correspondence from this Incorporation, The South Beach Civic Association.
