"A Forum for LIFE, Inc." has been a fully functioning 501(C) (3) since, 2004. We are currently focused on presenting the Summer Camp Health Officer’s Training, approved by the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. Our Mission Statements reads, “A Forum for LIFE, Inc.” presents a diverse professional development curriculum that places emphasis on the health, safety & well-being of all people.”
