The PTF is a innovative transitional/congregate/supportive housing facility aimed at homeless women & youth to assist them in becoming self-sufficient in a well structured environment. Our mission is to support, house, educate, and empower; SHEE method. Our goal is to provide wrap around services, a continuum of care, as well as create new programs for women & youth whose goal is to transition forward.
