Organization Profile

Project Petals is an environmental, climate, and community development organization working to create and sustain environmentally sound, healthy, and equitable communities under-resourced and BIPOC communities. Since 2014, we have worked with environmental, climate, community, women, and youth leaders to connect communities to the resources they need to improve their climate, environmental outcomes, and food security. Through our environmental programs, we create garden spaces and green spaces in communities that have been and will be the most impacted by climate change. We provide environmental educational programming, climate leadership training, volunteer engagement opportunities, access to tools, resources, and the creation of sustainable, safe spaces; we are reducing barriers to healthier environments and education and creating more equitable communities.
